You understand that astrology is, at present, a largely unregulated industry and that Astrologer is not licensed by the State of California or any other state and is not an expert in either field. You also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Astrologer will be considered to be provided in the State of California.

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during any consulting sessions or the services provided, and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.

You understand that all comments and ideas offered by Astrologer are solely for the purpose of illustrating his experiences. You have the ability to give your informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Astrologer to assist me in achieving such goals.

You understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, Astrologer is not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability and or business success.

You understand that Astrologer will protect all information you disclose as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing or she is required by law to disclose it.

You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Astrologer, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages You may claim to have or that You may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Astrologer as a result of the advice given by Astrologer or otherwise resulting from the consulting relationship contemplated by this agreement. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

ALL WEB SITES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED, AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CONSULTANT DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE WEB SITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN THE TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE.
